Reservations & Payment

Reservations through the River Run Inn & Cabins website will always have the best rates. It pays to book directly!

We require that all reservations have a valid credit card on file. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. We may charge a per adult/child charge if there are more guests than the stated occupancy. (See Additional Guest Policy.)

  • The charge for extra adults is $25.00 per night.
  • The daily charge for children six (6) years and older is $15.00 per night.
  • Children under 6 years of age stay free. Do not include them in the booking engine drop-down.

Please note: If you try to book online and get the message, “We are sorry but there are no available accommodations for your selected dates,” it often means you not meeting the minimum stay requirements. However, our front desk staff has flexibility that is not available through the website. We encourage you to contact us if you have difficulty booking online.

Room & Cabin Reservations

Room & Cabin payments are made at check-in. An additional cleaning fee may be charged if your room is left damaged and/or excessively dirty. Please note: Pets are NOT ALLOWED in the Guest House, Cabin A, or any of our second-floor lodge rooms. 

The Guest House Reservations

Guest House reservations require a single responsible party. The responsible party is required to make a deposit of one night’s rate minus taxes at the time of booking to hold the accommodations. The remaining rate minus taxes & the cleaning fee is charged 30 days before the reservation check-in date. The taxes & the cleaning fee will be charged at check-in.

House Cleaning Fees: The Guest House has a $250 cleaning fee that is not reflected in your guest folio and will be charged on check-in. Please note: Pets are NOT ALLOWED in the Guest House, Cabin A, or any of our second-floor lodge rooms.

Groups and Events have special cancellation requirements that will be outlined in your confirmation email.

Group/Special Events Reservations

A single responsible party is required who will pay a deposit to hold the accommodations. The deposit will be refunded after the event. An additional cleaning fee may be charged if your rooms are left damaged and/or excessively dirty.

  • Must be booked over the phone or via email.
  • Must be booked a minimum of fourteen (14) days in advance of the start date for the reservation.
  • Minimum stay of three (3) nights.
  • The first night is immediately non-refundable.
  • Full reservation is non-refundable thirty (30) days prior to the start date for the reservation.
  • One (1) credit card per room maximum for check-out.
  • One (1) credit card is required to guarantee the reservation overall.

Wedding Reservations Are Not Available

Due to ongoing updates and renovations, we are not able to accommodate weddings at this time. We will update our Hotel Policy if/when this changes in the future. Thank you for your understanding.  

Additional Guest Policy

Each room has a defined number of persons included in the base rate. The number of guests per room is for your safety based on fire codes and allows us to maintain an accurate guest count in case of an emergency.

Specific Room & Cabin Requests

If you have any special requests (“Upstairs,” “We love Room 12,” etc.), please contact us to discuss options.

  • We will make every effort to honor your request!
  • Please be aware that we have to coordinate many guests with different needs and overlapping stays when scheduling room reservations.
  • We DO NOT guarantee specific units and reserve the right to move you to a similar unit without notice.
  • Please note: Pets are NOT ALLOWED in the Guest House, Cabin A, or any of our second-floor lodge rooms.

AAA, AARP, Veteran or Active Military Discount

Discounts are available for AAA and AARP members, Veterans, and Active Military personnel (with proper membership/identification).

  • Rack rate* discounts are subject to availability, and black-out dates may apply. Membership ID Card must be presented upon check-in to receive a discount. Please contact us directly before booking.
  • Must be booked over the phone or via email.
  • Must be booked a minimum of fourteen (14) days in advance of the start date for the reservation.

Cancellations

Room & Cabin Cancellations

You can cancel Rooms & Cabins up to five (5) days prior to check-in at no charge. After that, you will be charged for one night of your scheduled reservation.

Guest House Cancellations

The Guest House requires a one-night deposit when the reservation is made. You can cancel up to 30 days prior to your stay and get a full refund. Thirty (30) days prior to check-in, the balance will be charged to your card, excluding the cleaning fee and taxes. If you cancel less than 30 days before arrival, no refunds will be issued after that date for either the deposit or reservation charge. River Run Inn & Cabins will charge taxes and cleaning fees on arrival.

Group/Events Cancellations

For Groups/Events, the first night is immediately non-refundable upon making the reservation. The full reservation amount is non-refundable thirty (30) days prior to the start date for the reservation.

Third-Party Reservation Cancellations

Third-Party Reservation (Expedia, Booking.com & Airbnb) Cancellations must be made through the original booking site. Third-party reservation policies and additional charges may apply.

No Shows

If you don’t claim your room on the night of check-in, we will hold it until 11:00 am the next day. If not claimed, you will be charged for the entire reservation cost.

Winter Pass Conditions

Cancellation charges apply unless both Stevens Pass and Snoqualmie Pass are closed for more than six hours. (Real-Time Travel Report: Washington State Department of Transportation.)

Check-In/Check-Out

  • Check-In after 3:00 pm
  • Check-Out is 11:00 am

Due to Health & Safety Protocols, we do not offer early check-in or late check-out at this time.

Minimum Stay Requirements

  • Rooms and Cabins have a two-night (2) minimum required on all weekends.
  • Guest House and Cabin reservations always have a two-night (2) minimum.
  • A three-night (3) minimum may be required for holidays and/or special event weekends.

If you are making a reservation five days or less prior to check-in, please call us directly. We may remove the minimum stay requirements. We usually release the minimum stay requirement the week prior to the forthcoming week. (Tip: Sign up for our newsletter to receive last-minute offers.)

Housekeeping Policy

Due to new Health & Safety Protocols, we no longer provide daily room-cleaning services. If you need extra towels or amenities, please contact the front desk. We’ll be happy to get them for you!

No Smoking Policy

River Run Inn & Cabins is a non-smoking resort. Our No Smoking Policy includes the use of tobacco products, e-cigarettes, electronic smoking or vaping devices, and/or marijuana.

There will be a $250 USD charge for any evidence of smoking in the rooms (inside), balconies (outside), or patios (outside), or on River Run Inn & Cabins property.

Pet Policy & Fees

River Run Inn & Cabins is happy to offer a limited number of pet-friendly accommodations. Please contact us to confirm your pet at the time of booking to request a pet-friendly accommodation. (Office: 509-996-2173 or email: rooms@riverrun-inn.com) Pet fees will be included in your final bill (“guest folio”). Nightly pet fees are as follows and include taxes:
  • First Floor Lodge Rooms permit a single (1) pet: $30.00/night
  • Cabins permit a single (1) pet: $30.00/night or two (2) pets: $50.00/night (Please note: Cabin A does NOT allow pets.)
Important notes:
  • Please confirm pets at the time of booking. (Office: 509-996-2173).
  • Pets are not added to third-party online bookings—please contact us directly to confirm your pet reservation at the time of booking.
  • There is a $200 fine for having an unregistered pet(s) plus the nightly pet fee.
